Room does not have well maintained AC... even on 17 degree temp.. it cool like 30 degree.Shower, Toilet flush in bathroom doesn't work... we need to fill buckets to pass any faeces.Room Service was zero.. even for water bottle, we need to visit reception everytime.Hotel staff behaviour was very rude . There was power cut many times during whole night,.Also there was no kitchen available Even for tea coffee we need to Zomato.It was the worst experience becoz hotel staff itself says at night, wh ...more

Musquitos, TV , Telephone was not working , Washroom door was open due to lack of lock in it . Anyways this was my first time there and indeed the last one . Thanks

The washroom was not clean and was water on the floor and seems like used before. Moreover, the issue seems to be in all rooms. Initially, I was given a room and the toilet seat was not working and later given another room, and there the health faucet for not working.

There was lizards in the room.Reception boy was professional but i haven't get towel,soap,glass and water in room after i called to reception then only they send.

The hotel room was without TV(were charged for the same ) and with the dirty bed sheets. bad experience, 😞

There is no ventilation in the room so there is a weird smell. Rooms are dirty. The staff gave dirty towel and when he realized it's dirty he just flipped it upside and kept it on bed. There is no elevator and the stairway is bit narrow with no support for hands so if you're carrying large bag it'll be trouble. Overall a bad experience and not at all worth.

- receptionist behaviour was not good- hospitality in minus bakwas- what amenities are shown with the room that not provided- the hotel is poor, price of food is higher than the hotel condition - AC in the room sounds more its not good for a family to stay there not even for a couple.
