we have stayed at room no 111 from 3rd june to 5th june 2025. service in hotel is worst. hotel had good infrastructure but not maintained.
water is provided on many reminders by coming down as telephone / intercomm not working.
towel was provided after many reminders & it was not changed on 2nd day.
no soap for handwash & bath
blanket was provided on 2nd day after many reminders.
no change of bed sheet on 2nd day
door handle in bathroom is missing

Extremely slow service, worst tea I ever had, first had to make three rounds of reception desk to get my room phone fixed and get the tv running. Got room changed, after that had to call at least thrice for anything I needed. Was so frustrated checked out a day early.
