Tea kettle, coffee,tea powder, chappal bathroom etc will add more comfort. The offline booking customers are allowed to stay 24 hours, whereas Online customers are asked to vacate by 1200 hrs. This requires intervention.

The Hotel is spacious with adequate parking and good restaurant. neat and clean. However major drawback is no hot water except in the morning. The hot water starts only at morning 0530. If you are tired and want to have good hot water bath ,then you are disappointed. Morning tea only after 0730. There is no kettle in the room for tea. The bathroom doesn't have exhaust. Basic amenities lacking.

The hotel is situated at a nice location in the city. It has two in-house resturants (one veg and the other one has both veg and non-veg options with an attached bar). The rooms lacks a little maintenance but overall, this is a decent hotel and has a friendly staff. I would certainly fo back and recommend to others.

The front staff welcomed us starting with mention of the checkout timing delivered in an unpleasant manner before initiating the check-in procedures.

Overall a good gesture at reception. Clean and tidy. Ambience is quite good. Especially car parking is quite comfortable. Located at the center of Shimoga. Worth staying at this hotel. Adjacent restaurant is good .
