i recently had a distressing experience at hotel jhankar, which i would like to bring to your attention. despite multiple requests (3-4 times) to ensure that only hot water was supplied through all taps, including the toilet jet spray, i suffered severe burns due to the hotel's negligence.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Jhankar Palace with my family, and I must say it was a wonderful experience!
• Veg Food: The vegetarian food served at the hotel was absolutely amazing. Every meal was delicious and catered perfectly to our tastes.

I booked The Jhankar Palace Hotel double occupancy room for one night. The location of the hotel is quite near the highway and is convenient for someone who is just travelling through the city and needs a room for night stay. Even though the room was clean but the bathroom wasn’t up to the standard. Food was tasty and fresh. Would recommend if someone is looking at property away from city traffic and easily accessible.

experience was decent. there was a problem in the airconditioner as it was not cooling. but there was no solution from the hotel staff and had to stay that way. other then that room service was quick and efficient. clean and hygienic
