the stay was pleasant and peaceful with all the necessary amenities at our disposal. the staff is courteous, prompt and helpful if any need arises. the only feedback i would present is to create a curated menu for both lunch and dinner because the food they provided as breakfast is home like and excellent in taste. during the day of holi, when their collaborated restaurant was closed, they arranged the dinner seamlessly for all of us. the view of the doon valley is beautiful from there and the serene atmosphere is soothing for the mind. a much recommended place.

The stay was good, I enjoyed the views from the main suite and the calm, friendly staff, and good food. One area where I feel experience can be enhanced is for guests staying in their most expensive suite. Something simple such as a welcome kit, complimentary drinks, a slightly better breakfast menu etc.

it was a beautiful property but one thing i want to add that the management of this property is purely money minded every facility they are showing is chargeable, like they charge 1500 rs for bonefire. we requested to grind 2 apple that i bought from mall road and give them ,for my 1 year old daughter they charged that one also while the same request i did in my haridwar stay in a 4 star hotel they didn't charge. theses small things not suitable for a luxury property. they also don't provide fre ...more

One of the best experiences in long time what i have experienced is at this place from starting till end, beautiful views, amazing service special mention to the manager who is the go to man for everything and he will never say no to you for any thing as well the other members of his team are as excellent in service. A must visit if you want peace in your life and want to relax. I am definitely revisiting. Ps- mobile networks are bot available but they will provide you the wifi and it works good.

The stay was nice, and the staff was overwhelming. The castle is close to Mussoorie, Dhanolti and Dehradun is not far with just 70 km distance.

The property is located in a very nice location near Jharipani track. Very peaceful and positive ambience with superb hospitality by the staff. The food is awesome and the view from the cafe makes your breakfast more delicious. Rooms are neat and clean with all the required amenities. it's perfect for a weekend away from the crowd and in the lap of nature.
