Just after booking, i made contact with the hotel to provide top floor room. They assured to provide the same to me. But after arrival at hotel, they started denial to provide the top floor. After lots of persuasion, they somehow provided the same. This type of behaviour was not expected.

had an excellent stay in the hotel. big rooms with proper amenities. staff behavior is good and cooperative. ample secured parking space is good. food served in the restaurant is very good. they should plan to keep ice cream also in the restaurant.

Plumbing is horrible! Water was completed red with mud. Hotel stated very casually that this is what happens during monsoon!!! They are charging pretty good money but cannot fix water system?? How are guests supposed to bathe, brush teeth with muddy water?! Highly inconsiderate of management!Room was nice. No complaints.Food options not as expected from a hotel of this calibre. It's one of the swanky hotels in Netarhat but very limited menu.
