experience was horrible in this hotel as it was totally opposite from the pictures rooms were dirty as hell, blankets, bedsheets & pillows were stinking. most horrible thing was that the washrooms were so so dirty that i didn’t even want to use that whether it’s tap, basin etc. jetspray was broken in the washroom so i informed the hotel staff and they temporarily attached it. in conclusion, it was my worst experience at this hotel. actually in my opinion we were scammed because of the pictures as it was totally opposite.

hotel is very good, staff behaviour was very good, food was delicious, but central gyser system make me in trouble as because our train timeing in early morning, and hot water started from 6.30 hrs in the morning ( as per manager) it's very difficult for us for bathing with cold water before leaving the hotel

flush is not working.we stayed for 2 days,we put tub each and every time
wen we ask for flush Dey said we will do but Dey didn't do it

the room was decent, and the staff was courteous and helpful. however, the cleanliness and maintenance were severely lacking. the toilet was in a terrible state—dirty and poorly maintained. there were cockroaches on the blankets, which was unacceptable. the blankets urgently need replacement. the bathroom requires a thorough cleaning, along with an upgrade of the tiles and taps. additionally, i was dissatisfied with the hotel's location. overall, my stay was disappointing due to these issues.

The rooms are small, dark, flush were not working, extra cleaning services are poor, crowded place, past experience of food was well but this time very spicy and not that much good what expected. So, dont go with ur family. but for one day stay with friends it is good.

worst hotel, owner misbehaved with me instead of the room availablity he denied early checkin, I booked this hotel because it was offering early check in otherwise I would have never booked this hotel and I was travelling from other city to this hotel and came 4 early.it was worst experience minus 10000 for everything.
