The lift wasn't working and neither of the helpers carried our luggage to the room on 2nd floor. In the name of toiletries, only a Re.5 worth Santoor soap was provided in the bathroom.A Single small glass tumbler(atleast 2 required) was available in the Room.
The wardrobe was too small to accommodate clothes properly.Only Two shirt hangers were present.

Staff behavior very good. Some improvements needed like use of Room spray as the room smells bad, Geyser should present in the bathroom, should provide properToiletries.

It wad not a good experience at all. No geiser at hotel, lift service restrictions, no water for drinking, arrogant service boys and the owner.
