I didn't had a very good experience, I have given room at second floor.
Reason
1. Lift was not working.
2. The guy at reception didn't helped us to bring down the luggage even after noticing that we needed help.
3. water kettle was not functional.
Good point
1. At least there was someone at reception, since we reached late at service apartment.
2. Parking space is there.
3. spacious room.

The stays right in front of JMJ Grand Hall , the rooms are specious and very comfortable. The staffs are very polite and kind, and they provide drinking water facilities, irrespective of the restriction of 1 L per day. They have separate space for car parking. They have a big hall, and two rooms connected with the hall, sit together and have breakfast lunch and dinner like I get together
