Nice resort, situated in the outskirts of Mandapam away from congestion of Rameshwaram. Ariyaman beach is very proximate. Spacious, neatly maintained. Food taste is average and can find stray dogs within the premises which is annoying

only the quantity of food as per the rate was not enough, specially the snacks if that’s provided with good quantity i can rate the stay a 5 star

service is very poor, need to follow up multiple times for your food orders, room service etc. we stayed for 2 nights, no one came for room cleaning as well. i misplaced my sunglass and although i am sure i left it at the reception, staff was not honest enough to admit it. so had a poor experience overall.

Nice property but service is lacking. No towels, foot mat when we checked in, we have to ask for it. It is right on the beach, but a seafood variety is not available. The swimming pool is clean. Beach nearby Ariyaman beach full of Cow and left over food. Not neat.Good for families with small kids, play area is there.

1. freequent power cut 2. dth remote cell is not working 3. lots of mosquitoes and flies inside room but no goodnight refill i there when i checked and i have to go back to reception in midnight 12 to get the refill 4. no water in washroom we have to call the reception in midnight and then they will say that water tank is empty it ll take 15 minutes to fill 5. cockroach coming in bed 6. dog is drinking water in swimming pool no one to care about the customer is swimming in the poolu have to make an inspection on room name called ariel 3 plug points are not working tooo a horrible stay

The food was pathetic. They needed to train their staff properly. The room stinks 😩 there are cockroaches, bugs in the bed. you will find house flies in all areas.
