As per room tariff hotel is not good. No gyeser, intercom was not working. No cross ventilation in room

the only positive point is staff is polite, other than that this hotel is not clean, mosquitoes & cockraches on bed when asked for help they have sent the room freshener and when we called in night the owner said will change the room but none of the action is taken, intercom not working, wifi, TV not working, elevator is not there, no toilet papers, paying 3k for this hotel is not at all worthy.
