I was with my sister and her 2 kids for 2 day family visit. Before booking i gone through the reviews on various sites. Some reviews says that single way to BAR and Hotel may be little inconvenience for some customers who have with family. In our experience nothing to worry. Securities and staffs are there to help us. Some reviews raised issues regarding lack of proper cleaning, in our experience they house keeping was well. Well behaved staffs. We have to check out early morning before 5. The staff was very much cooperative.

For a Double Occupancy Room No. 303 they provided only 01 towel, 01 soap, etc. We had to request them to provide for my room mate too. The same night we informed the reception that we need to have breakfast at 8.00 a.m. in the morning and they assured us of the same. In the morning again at 7.30 am we once again reminded them. At 8.00 am when we went to the restaurant there was nobody there. There were other guests too and they too were waiting to have breakfast. We made a couple of phone calls ...more
