As always JP ambiance and breakfast were good but as always front office people are irritating and poor ..either we book online or through phone to the hotel , service must remain the same. But it's not okay.

It is an old property, hence the rooms and bathrooms are not well maintained. Hence, the I am giving only 3 star.

I checked out at 6.45 today and reception staff took the keys and after checking from system he confirmed no dues.Now at 2.30 pm I recd a call from hotel that I have not checked out nd my booking was upto 12 pm .Horrible morning staff did not made entry of check out .poorly managed hotel

Nothing is there to mention which is good. It's an old property which is not maintained at all. Damped wall, old linen, unhygienic wash room. So if you coming to stay in star property, please avoid.

Amenities provided was worth the price.Pleasing communication by front desk staff Mr Madhu sudhan. Rooms were ready,neat . Bathroom was neat however exaust was not working. 3Bottles of complimentary water was available in room.Tea pouches, water kettle available.Access to koyembedu bus stand and Koyembedu metro station is so near. Hotel is in a good location and the rooms are good. needs to work on rest rooms which are of vintage. Hotel is getting bad reviews because of their front desk staff. In my case, they made me waited for almost 1hr to get the check-in process done due to some silly reasons. Despite approaching several times, the front desk staff told me to wait for 10 mins and this 10 mins goes on for a long long time. Needs to address this issue as soon as possible. Food from the restaurant was good. Overall apart from the front desk thing, good experience.

The front desk response is too poor.
The room is completely filled with cigarette smell and housekeeping is not up to the mark.
i have requested them a couple of times to use room fresheners, No one responded properly.
I don't suggest this hotel ...
