The hotel is good with clean rooms and bathrooms. The staff is very helpful and courteous. They also have parking which is a plus. Food quality was also good.

The stay is good; hotel cleanliness is okay. The room is clean and good, and the TV has good channels available. However, the negative point is that when I opened the window, there was a large beehive, which was really disappointing. Hotel Price should be low for business traveller

The sofa was dirty, then the guy from hotel calls me up complaining rather than talking like a normal service industry person. About leaving without proper checkout and then about not paying for room service when I didn’t even order anything.

Chhindwara is a small city, so considering that this hotel is one of the best hotels for family stay. Staff is very polite, friendly and cooperative. Over all very nice and clean hotel.
