Resort site and food is good but lacks maintenance. No TV, no wifi in Room, swimming pool lacks maintenance, generator backup needs maintenance too, Service is also slow

It was a nice stay untill the first day, on the second day the AC wasn't working at all, they upgraded our room but in other room fan wasn't working well, they gave us some more choices but it was feel very unpleasant, forcefully have to bear the heat in the same room for whole night.
the food is the usp of the property everytime.

positives -
food is very good and reasonable priced
room is spacious
property is large and has good swimming pool
negatives -
service is slow most of the time
the main problem is with cleanliness, although bedsheet was clean,
curtain and walls were dirty making experience overall average.

location was good and the staffs were very cooperative and helping, food was great in buffet as well as in order. they help with whatever you might need at all times
