Food served was pathetic with illogical excuse from chef Cab service provider were too rude and demanded irrationally and after paying required amount they still keep on calling to pay extra amount. Overall experience very dissatisfactory. Don't recommend this to anyone

property is located on a valley next to company bagh with serenic views of the valley. property is neat and clean with spacious and valley view balcony. food is also delicious. prefer to book buffet instead of al carte

Its not a lux property its a 3 star hotel.I stayed here for my last day at Mussoorie. As per its price it's not worthy. It's just an average 3 star property. I don't know why it's mentioned as 5 star on every booking. The reception is a small area with just one person working there, she was polite but there is a lot of training in hospitality required at every end.Nobody greet us or welcome us. justa hollow oak….such a wonderful and memorable experience !!! the best hotel / resort in mussoorie. great location with beautiful scenic views , our room was 5202 with mesmerising view. specious, well maintained, comfortable bedding, clean and hygienic , big balcony with comfortable sofa chairs. food was really amazing. special thanks to chef surender singh rawat and his team member mr rajkumar and all the hard working team members who makes us feel special guest. they served us delicious ...more
