Had an amazing new year celebration, The rooms were clean and comfortable, We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Uno restaurant, breakfast was good, new years Eve party was unforgettable.

i took one beer and one pringles from mini barwhile checking out, when the staff checked mini bar, another jar of something was already open. even though the hotel didn't charge me for that jar, i didn't like the looks i got .the staff shud hav checked all the jars before checking me in. me being guest, is not going to do their job. my biggest disappointment was the looks i got.

Rooms not in good condition I have booked for top most suite but that suite was pathetic so manger came n downgraded my suite but that too was not good

I been in Bangaluru many times, but the stay in JW was the best. View, service, food and everything was great. For sure I will stay there next time as well.

A good 5 star property in Vittal Mallya Road.. Good food, nice ambience. No need to mention about bathroom and linen.. It's great as usual.

The room is decent and so is the overall Hotel structure. However, there were definitely areas that could do with improvement. One, the bed was not very comfortable. The pillows were just so uncomfortable to sleep on. We requested better pillows, and even they caused pains in the neck. Two, the dinner buffet spread was quite huge, but nothing was great.
