I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, the food were absolutely delicious, and the staff was incredibly helpful and supportive. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends!

Good hotel to stay. The restaurant is also good with a delicious menu at a reasonable rate. The ambience of the hotel is good. It's just opposite the Ramkrishna Mission. The hospitality of the front desk is also highly appreciated.

Mr. Akash Das From Housekeeping Department is Very Cooperative and Helpful as well as Well Behaviour. As when I've checked in there is no AC Remote, also No Towels in the Rooms. I was Going to leave the Room. but I Found the Guy After Describe Him to all of my problems ,he says that "Sir Give me just 2 minutes I'll solve all of your problems". previous stays were good.. but this it was not good... the female staff in the reception was asking some illogical questions. also when we entered they were whispering something bad about us which we didn't like at any cost.. kindly look into this matter

During my recent stay at the hotel, I had a very disappointing experience. The room was not properly cleaned, and there were stains on the sheets and towels.making the room uncomfortably warm. The staff was unresponsive to my complaints, and it took hours for someone to address the issues. The noise from the crowd inside hotel made it hard to sleep, and despite being promised a quiet room, the situation was far from relaxing. Overall, it was an unpleasant stay, and I would not recommend this .

Everyday I ask for toiletries and towels. Outside food is not allowed in the premises, water pressure is low into the shower, and the top box is not working properly so I have to use my mobile and wifi was good.
