    The hotel is situated in a good location, the room is clean, but it is small in size. The staff is very friendly, although there is no parking available. Overall, it is a good hotel.

    The hotel was good and nicely maintained.Its one of its kind with all European interiors and best amenities provided. It was a comfortable stay but the only drawback was that the room was very small and compact.

    Certainly a good place to stay in the town. Rooms are fancy decorated in European style cozy homes and filled with art and many lights. Switching off each light in the tiny room before going to bed is a tiresome job. Beds are shorter so tall people have to hang out their feet off the bed. Food is very good though super expensive. Sadly breakfast is not served before 9am. AC was noisy and being a split AC there is no fresh air intake. Parking is on street. A dorm or toilet for chauffeur is missing. So when going with a driver he may need to find another place to stay.

    It is in upstairs and no staff to carry luggage, both during check in and check out we have carried out luggage. As it is in first floor they should give services to carry luggage.

    A good hotel with a great ambiance is recommended for all. Good and awesome host along with a nice bunch of people. looking forward to staying in Adilabad you can book without any second thoughts Ambience, employees and location

    I must say hotel staff was very helpful and caretaking because when we ask anything they will clear everything whatever it may be.rooms were good enough with basic amenities,hot water facility was there.importent part was location was on road. Over all nice experience.

    The ambience and amenities are awesome and beyond my expectations with prompt & courteous service.I consider this property as an ideal place to stay with families.I am very much impressed by the pleasing manners of the manager at reception. we had pleasant and memorable stay KAKAKU.This place is highly recommended for family stay.

    Kakaku guest house is a well furnished property. You don't expect the kind of furnishing and services in a place like Adilabad. The owner has decorated and maintained it well. The food is also good, but there are limited options (which is understandable). Although I found the food prices to be a bit exorbitant
