Food tastey and good.About Room cleanness and bed and bathroom should look Hotel Housekeeping manager. Overall good stay except room cleanness. Well Behave Stuff. Service of Saff upto the Mark.

room & bathroom is so small and bad smell is coming , bed sheet & pillow cover are found torn . bathroom light is not working properly.
Room A.C is not working properly. water leakage has been found in A.C because of that water accumulated in room , no body response to resolve the problem
food quality horrible. rotten fish serve to customer.

one of the best hotel and well located, easily accessible, recommended for stay. but food at restaurant is costly. taste and quality is good.

Given extra charges for stay not recommended for couples. Totally harassed by the reception staff during check in.
The staff are rude and they dont know how to treat with the guests
Will never ever visit this hotel again.
Worst ever experience at the time of checkin waited for 45- 50 mins they didnt value you please respect the guests even if they are teenagers.
But the room service was good happy with the morning tea and good breakfast.
