stay was not upto the mark. they gave us extra bed on the floor.they didn't even provided us blanket.my mother fell ill because of cold ac. the bathroom hand shower didn't have pressure of water. water was not comming properly .stay was not as per 4 star hotel.disappointing

Unprofessional staff , pathetic in food , small rooms , when I asked GST invoice rude / misbehaved , even after intervention, they are not giving GST invoice . Not value for money . Unprofessional behaviour

In my opinion, this is a good place to stay for business or couples. Room service and entrance service are very good. First of all, I stayed in lots of hotels with affordable prices, but I never had an experience like this hotel. Definitely, I would love to stay there. The only issue is that there is no refund if you once booked that hotel, but if you visit it, you will never regret it. Good people, good environment.
