At first,i thought it was going to be a local stay but I had no other way to book this place. To my surprise, I realised the kumar residences and banquet is beyond amazing. welcoming receptionist, the bell boy escorts you to the room and checks if the AC is working.

it's a good experience staying at this property. found everything good except the wifi connectivity. the manager mr. vijay is an excellent person. will again like to stay here in future

Good place to stay. It is like a room in a 3bk apartment, though the room I stayed was big enough(I hope that's how other rooms also built). Neat and peaceful environment. Even though it was located on the main road(ECR), the place was very calm and soundproof. I would suggest for people living in Chennai and for outsiders as well if you're looking to have a peaceful stay at ECR. Many popular restaurants like McD, Domino's, Anjappar, Dindigul thalappakatti are nearby this place. Also beach is just 5 mins drive away. Go for it without any hesitations. But price is lil high.

Had a pleasant stay and good hospitality at Kamar Residences with my family. Environment maintained clean and calm, very well recommended for family. Also, dedicated car parking facility available.
