This hotel’s condition is very bad and does not even deserve 2 stars. Rooms are shabby, stinking and chipped throughout, walls are broken, doors and locks and broken, cleanliness is a major issue. Staff was nice to speak to but this property is not worth its half the price.

After the staff left, everything was in a bad condition. The washroom flush was not working, and the breakfast in the morning wasn’t very good either. Considering the price, the facilities were not up to the mark. The air was let out of my car’s tire, but when I got it checked outside, no puncture was found. Overall, it was a very bad experience.

Pleasant Stay for Families with Scenic Views I recently stayed at Kamay The Grand Alova And Spa for two nights and had a comfortable experience. The mountain-view rooms were a highlight—spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a private balcony adding to the charm. While Saturday evening was slightly noisy, the overall ambiance remained peaceful.

Very pathetic and bad behaviour by reception staff. He was very rude in his language at the time of checkout. Called at least 5 times at 11 AM, even after telling him that we checked in 2 hours late and we have some office calls at the same time. He was simply saying "aap jaldi aa jaate".

We booked 2 rooms with mountain view but they gave us only one room with mountain view and the other was deluxe room. which was quite disappointing. When we asked to change the room they said there are no rooms available.
Hotel services were nice. Cleanliness wise it was good .
