subject: disappointing experience the issues i faced during my stay were numerous and deeply troubling: 1. misleading hotel images: the hotel photos were entirely misleading. 2. poor room quality: the room was in an unacceptable state, with visible signs of neglect and disrepair. 3. hygiene concerns: • the room was not cleaned properly, and shockingly, someone’s personal innerwear was found in the room when i checked in. • the toilet was unclean, and the toilet seat was broken. • towels provide ...more

Outdated and unkept furniture and fixtures. No basic amenities (like toiletries, tea, coffee, etc) Very basic breakfast. Uncomfortable beds. Toilet hygiene not good

hotel is at good location. breakfast was tasty and good. bedsheets were dirty while check in, shown to them asked to change manytime ,then they changed. roadside room is not for sound sleepers. vehicles running noise comes all night.TV was not running , asked them to recharge. It is supposed to ready the room everything ,before check in. but after asking they are doing.

The room size is very big and the rooms are clean Linan is also a clean king size bed, The washroom is also very big or clean nice properly i recommend but tea kettle also provides no sugar sachet , tea ,sachet, coffee sachet, milk sachet and no coffee cup other wise good after 11 pm no food available.

They want charge for morning kit and charge 1080 rs for breakfast instead of 270 rs per person we r 3 person but its 810 they charge 1080

checked in in the midnight it was terrific all the lights were switched off including reception and main lights. seemed like it is closed. The washroom was stinking bad.. couldn't even had a sound sleep.. The ambience is so poor..

Goibibo is listed as the worst and unhygienic hotel. Goibibo is Heavily charged and given like a govt hospital style hotel. waste of money. Restaurant table clothes with fully stained and vacating stains and food served after 1.30 minutes for small items and even water came after half an hour. All the complaints to the hotel went on deaf ear. Now I will stop booking Air flights and hotels from this website. I will share all these on social media as it is worse than OYO hotel. I used to get a similar kind of Oyo and stopped with OYO and now with Goibbibo. Third class treatment for customer
