never ever stay in this hotel ...
WELCOME
1) receptionist doesn't know what room you have booked. we have booked a room for 3 adults and one child... that's a family room... receptionist offered a double bed room with a matress on the floor. above this she replied we have given u discount.... have I begged for that?
anyhow the owner came and granted is the room...
