good hotel , good cleaning and services reception good communication room maintenance services are very good hotel food very nice food and good coffee and tea it's like a type of resort near by marventae beach totally it's very very nice place

There is no free WiFi.. TV was not working..
Buckets need to be replaced ,Brocken..
Room and bathroom cleanliness is very good.

Basic lodging facility with decent toilet (hot water available). Service and ambience is not that great but AC room is available. if you are looking for a place to stay overnight it is good. location is 15 min from Kundapura bypass and its situated on Highway. you don't find much options to eat nearby. Don't expect anything from staff, cleanliness in the surroundings etc.
