1)Very good location
2) Wooden rooms are mountain view, can see the snow peaks of Himalayas from inside of rooms.
3) Food can be taken from there.
4) Big size room & bed can accommodate 4 persons at all.
5) TV is there but no connection - can not be played.
6) Should have mirrors & hangers in the rooms ( 204 & 205)
Overall it's good to stay 1-2 days in a peaceful atmosphere.

Excellent Location! Rest very average!
we booked this property for 2 days, stayed in a cottage. location excellent, though we couldn't see the magical Kanchenjunga due to dense cloud cover, however, because of having stayed in Rishop earlier I could guess that on a clear day the views would be magnificent.
Room had basic facility like Washroom with western style toilets and wash basin, geyser was there but wasn't working. Room didn't have any TV connection. wifi also wasn't there in room, so ...more

Stayed in triple bed cottage, excellent view of Mount Kanchenjungha from room, wooden structure room with attached toilet.Good tasty foods.

we have selected mountain view room but after reaching out there we got different room. when we contacted with the coordinator Mr. Prantik from hotel he was relactant to provide the mountain view room also his behaviour was very rude. He asked us to contact. after requesting several times he provided that particular room. We have tried to contact as well but not able to connect. good overall experience. food is costly but very good taste. only major complain is geyser not working. every time you need to use the geyser you have to tell the house keeping to turn it on that is bad. there are some water supply problems also. place is very good for view I guess if view of kanchan at all available. sadly which is not for our case.
good for family too

The location of the property is good. However they had water issues in the property. They having food we had to go to dining area. They did not give food service in the room.
