I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Despite booking and paying for a specific room, I was given the wrong one when I arrived. The room I received was smaller, did not have the amenities I had reserved, and was completely different from what was promised . When I brought this up to the front desk, the staff were unhelpful and dismissive, simply saying “all rooms are the same,” which was clearly not true.
