Pros- Proximity to khatia gate, well behaved & responsive staff, clean pool, quite a big resort, peace of mind & no Chik Chik at all.
Cons- The maintenance of the area inside resort could have been better, Only vegitarian menu, A/c stops working sometimes (but will be attended by the staff on priority).

It was an astounding experience at this resort, staff was also kind and helpful. If you are going to place for vacation, you must stay over at this resort. I would have rated 8/5 if available to do so.

Clam and peaceful stay. Cottage are good. Location is wonderful. Need little renovation as property is old, but you can ignore it because of the supportive & co operative staff. Food is Veg but can complete with Nov Veg menu also.
Privacy because of distance between the rooms. Garden and small pond to have a evening walk.

The hospitality of staff members is very warm but the hotel maintenance is quite poor. it feels like the owner has built this place and left for the management to run without any money. The property is good but needs a lot of maintenance. There were water flowing from taps, in some rooms there were no arrangement for hot water which is a basic necessity at such cost.
Overall the food was okay and service is good. But the place needs serious renovation.

Resort was really nice.4kms away from khatia gate n booking counter. Pure veg restaurant. Atmosphere is really nice.Resort staffs are very cooperative. when ever going to this place please fill up your vehicle tank as no fuel station. Nearest fuel center is 30 kms away.One new fuel station is getting ready. Want to have non veg ,than can visit near by restaurant or order some.
But this resort was really nice in this budget

The hospitality of the staff and all the services provided by the Resort personnel is excellent. There are game favilities like chess,carrom,volleyball,pool.
The ambience and rooms are quite good. Resort is located at excellent location. Kanha main gate is 1-1.5 km from th e location and gyspy service is available for pickup to the main gate.
