booked suite,but the room provided is horrible.later we requested to change room with neat and clean.then premium room was allotted and the room is good.

Very bad service at the hotel & staffs are very rude.. Rooms are not maintained hygiene as we found cockroach in the rooms.. We booked hotel for 2 nights stay but had to cancel the hotel due to the above reason... I don't recommend anyone for this hotel to stay.. Food quality is good.
