very bad experience, no good service, washrooms very unclean, flush was not working, and even though the 1st floor rooms were empty, they provided us the room on 2nd floor, we requested them to give room on 1st floor since there was vacant rooms, they didn't gave because we booked bad experience.

Very dissatisfied with the stay. No lift facility. just like a lodge facility. came to stay with family and they had to climb 3 stories up to get to the room. flush was not working properly. rooms are very congested. no lift congested rooms flush not proper

The bathroom was not clean and cockroaches were evrywhere in the room. The AC was not working properly. Below average stay experience.

The staff is polite and helpful but the residency itself is small and cramped with no wifi except on ground floor. The hot water can be asked on request. there's a small dressing table in one side corner. The AC is good and working. The bedsheets are average at best.

overall, it didn't like the stay and may not recommend to anyone. reason being the below. 1. located in a very small road. driving need good skills. 2. i didn't like the surroundings. 3. the building also wasn't that attractive. 4. the cost was high considering the above facts. 5. room was too congestive for the rate. we were struggling to walk inside the room. 6. bathroom had stingy smell. 7. no lift facility. having said that, below are few positives. 1. hospitality was good. 2. hot water a ...more

Had a very comfortable stay at Karthees last weekend. All the staffs were very co-opeartive, nice room,very good location (just 100m away from temple) with gated parking which is the USP of this hotel. It is not a cozy setup, but if you are looking for a value for money,but comfortable stay, this is the place for you.

Overall very good hotel, very well maintained. Room was clean and comfortable, AC was working properly. Only baathroom was stinky but can be managed. Very Close to the Rameshwar temple.

Very Close to North Gate Of Ramanathswamy Shri Rameshwaram Shrine. Very Nice Staff they understand English well. Check-in and Check-out Smoothly execution. I was with my Parents and getting a comfortable budgeted Hotel near Ramaswamy Rameshwaram Shrine is cool. Murugan Mess is just adjacent to Karthees Residency which is Best option for Breakfast and Lunch and Dinner.
