even though I did online booking the checking time was 12pm they made us wait for extra 15 mints
customer service is very bad room is 3 out of 5 that's it

there was no geyser,
had to shift to another room due electrical shock complaint
later on used only one room instead of two

The rooms did not have towels and soap. The remote to the A/c had to be requested to use. The A/c in one of the rooms was not working and the tv remote in one room was not working.
