Stay experience was good.... awesome service by floor manager Anil. Inhouse food was also good. Pick and drop facility was awesome.

We stayed there for one night and ordered food at 6:30 PM the boy said that it will take around 1 hour to prepare it and after 8:30 they again said it will take around half an hour more for the fresh food. We just ordered 12 Chapatis, 1 Dal & 1 Dum Aaloo and it took almost 2:30 hour to prepare & the result was too worst food even dogs can't eat it. we all 3 freinds suffered from food poisioning by eating it. We do not recomened to eat any food there. Rooms was average & the staff Anil was always trying to book taxy to visit patnitop for getting commission from the taxy.

overall it was pleasant stay , breakfast and dinner was quite tasty.I really enjoyed food there.I would highly recommend it.hotel staff is very polite and helpful.

Very clean Hotel 5 on 5 for cleanliness.good spacious rooms.If u wish to visit Patnitop, simply book Hotel kassal heights Patnitop without giving any second thought.very comfortable stay.Nice location.very cooperative & humble staff & the best thing.....the yummmmy food.

It was an amazing experience to stay at this hotel kassal heights Patnitop.The property is located at height with good view of the nature.A good family time can be cherished here.It also offers a relishing menu and the food is also very good. Hotel staff is very helpful.
