So, this hotel is a decent place to stay if you are looking to disconnect from the world. It gives you basic amenities and it looks from starting like it's really lavish and stuff but it's pretty basic from the inside. We booked the premium room and we had two beds and even if you book a smaller room they offer you a moving bed and I suppose it is for the same price only, in our room some the wood panels were detached and stuff and there were several moments where there was no electricity for so ...more

Must Read: It is a good Hotel with bad or inexperienced Staff. Similarly they have a good chef in the kitchen who is not supported by any serving staff. It seems there is some problem with the Hotel's management.
If you don't expect any service you can choose this property.

The location and its charm is undeniably the best in the entire region. Right from the welcome to check in formalities it was a breeze. The rooms are renewed with luxury and the in room accessories , toiletries etc are perfect. The staff and their attention to detail about your needs and concerns make the stay so comfortable. Stayed at Katson Castle for a night and it was an amazing experience. The service is top notch and the staff will make sure you are attended to for your queries. We took a CP plan room but were offered complimentary dinner which was amazing . Food was very tasty specially the high tea which they got with mixed Pakoras . It was an amazing experience overall here. The views are amazing as well from the balcony.

The room was not as per the description. The food taste and quality in dinner and breakfast buffet was horrible. The view from hotel is good, other than that it is not worth the price that they charge. Not recommended from my side.
