it's a nice hotel to stay. service is not upto the mark. but it well located to all facilities.

it's a disastrous, nightmarish stay. not one facility is available. no AC Remote control, no hot water, no breakfast, dirty linen, no room service. in spite of my request, no better room was provided, possibly all rooms are equally bad.

Worst hotel ever stayed. Even cockroaches stays with you in your room and in Bed as well.
I recommend to delete this hotel from the list.

The Hotel should removed the word "Grand" and just say Kaveri. I booked a Mini Suite and Suite. Mini suite was pathethetic with 20 year old Sofa where I'd you sit you can't get-up. The room was not cleaned properly before we moved in. There were no towels/soaps/paste. No complimentary or in house kettle for tea. I had to call the reception 3 times to get my room cleaned. The wash room was horrible with a tub with black spots and the entire bathroom looked a decade old. Room telephones not workin ...more
