Room is neat and clean but electrical safety is missing The electrical pannel is missing with electrical switches. Staff not updated with earlier booking .

the room no 110 was so bad .. washroom was smelly .. we have been there at the hotel for quite a few number of times ..but this time the room 110 was allocated to us ..they should demolish the room .. AC was not working

it's a nice resort... minimalistic yet grand ..staff is very nice and courteous..

The overall stay was pleasant. The staff was cooperative and had a seamless check in experience. The room and bathroom was huge, well maintained and clean. The food was also good. There were a couple of tiny lizards in the room hence 1 star less. Otherwise it is worth the price. Would definitely recommend.

The staff is good! The food is good! Punctuality of room service can be seen but some work has to be done on furniture .. washroom... bedsheets need to be more clean! Cleanliness can be looked upon! Otherwise the stay is nice and people can come over! Because its more than the worth πππ»
