Bathroom was not clean. Gyser was not working. After my complaint, other room given to me for bathroom usage. No intercom in the room. I hv to walk outside thr room and down stairs for talk at reception. Shampoo pouch was also not available. Bad experience.

about kc hotel,this was my first tym stay here.i noted this is very good hotel neat and clean plus very good room service.staff coop.
