Hotel is good however, the staffs are Rude and doing misbehave. I asked for cleaning the room but the Hotel manager rudely denied of the service. i would not recommend anyone to come here. they are rudely behaving and showing attitude as if they are doing favour to us. worst experience.

The experience was not good as the staff there took a lot of time to give the room, they had their own issues with the booking while we booked clearly for 3 adults room. Wish it was better because we paid a lot of money just for one night stay.

Bad experience. The property is beautiful and the location is pretty good as well, being next to the Phata helipad but it is poorly maintained. The owner is based in Dehradun and is not aware of the services and the property manager is nowhere to be found when needed. This leads to the support staff being careless and they don't know how to provide a good customer experience. A staff of 6 for 10 rooms should be sufficient but the rooms are poorly maintained and have sanitation issues and spider webs. The food is good though and the prices reasonable but overall it's not worth the tariff.

Awesome stay. The staff(Subhash) was very helpful. The weather was support and we really enjoyed our stay . The made it very comfortable after our descend from kedarnath. I strongly recommend the place for a life-time experience .

Good location with tasty food(on order) but need to improve some services like 1. Need to provide towel as per guest count. 2. Need to install TV in room 3. Need to provide dinner as per order also. 4. Need AC or cooler in room for summer.

Resort is around 1.5kms away from the main road. One might face difficulty in searching the resort if you are planning to check in at night time. You won't find a single light on the way to resort from the main Phata road. Apart from this few staffs behaves very rudely.At times you won't find yourself very welcoming at this place. Room is overall clean and you will enjoy good scenic view from your room.
