horrible and pathetic. room didn't have night light. no exhaust in the toilet/bathroom. centralized ac not working properly. house keeping staff talking over phone during rest hours which disturbed the sleep. one veg soup ordered took 1 hour to reach out room and when it was served it was stone cold. had to get it reheated. besides, they charged for chicken soup instead of veg soup. the only best part was their buffet breakfast. decided never to opt for kences hotel whenever in tirupati.

Non veg is not served at buffet time., which is not suitable for non veg lovers. Variety and quility of breakfast is remarkeble, faced horrible problem of mosquito in room..

Hotel is good for a family. The rooms are maintained well. The only feedback was shred with the hotel reception on plumbing. The taps and flush were very hard to operate. Room #327 . However, staying experience is really good.

the hotel location is good and opposite to bus stand. the location closer to the padmavati temple. the breakfast is also good and having lot of variety

Its a very good hotel.. but only drawback is there is a taxi stand infront of the hotel. Those taxi goons are not allowing any other taxi inside the hotel. So if you want to take ola or uber then you have to walk 200-300 meter with your luggage from hotel gate. Either Take a taxi with double the price from that tXi stand or walk 200-300 meters away from hotel
