It's broken in washroom.. and rooms are not cleaned properly.. bedsheets nd all stuff are so dirty.. fell awful.

Worst hotel experience i ever had in my life. Bedsheets are dirty like hell.. Pillows are just digusting as like it got rotten. Pillow covers are also dirty. Walls are not furnished. Refrigerator is not clean at all. It cannot be even thought to keep anything inside it. TV is just for the name shake. All the Lights of the room are not working. Shower in the washroom is not working.. Its just horrible to be here for next 3 nights. I came here for a Exam that is supposed to be there for 3 days and ...more

I had booked the room and had already paid But as my train reached there 4 hrs before the check-in time shown they forced me to pay additional 300/- for early check-in. They are very selfish they do not listen your concern. Other than that room was quite spacious and well-cleaned as shown in the pics. Can stay in emergency. Not that bad.

I have booked an AC room.
Blankets were torn
No bedsheet
AC plug was sparking as if it will catch fire anytime.
No soap, handwash so i had to ask him then he gave a 3rs medimix soap!
No cushioning was there on the bed not at all
No electricity backup

typical lodge, being Highway side location, you will have to adjust with vehicle noise round the clock

Poor service
I a. Asking for ac remote at list 6 time but they set the on 23digree and refused to give , also tv is not working if the charge ac room then why the set temperature ? And when light cut off then the didn't run generator 2 hr after I say to refund mony then he start generators

it was bad experience to stay at Hotel. when we reached Hotel, no one is their to attend us, we have to wait for 30 minutes, then person came at reception talking very rudely to us. We have to change rooms for two times. Room cleaness was ok. overall experience with the hotel was pathetic

hotel is average, location is very good, staff also very good cleaning is ok you can stay with family here, cleaning is ok, hotel is on prime location is the plus point
