The worst management ever. I travel frequently for work and can confidently say that a hotel’s ability to accommodate its customers greatly impacts the overall experience. Keys by Lemon Tree lacks empathy and has no clue about customer management. The management here is unethical and greedy, while the staff, who are supposed to enhance hospitality, are also lacking in basic manners.
