Great hote for Whitefield area. Good food quality. only issue is with bill formate. Restaurant charges GST ON GST. ( extra Service charges without any service).

Differential treatment done , Receptionist to customers making you feel insulted at the time of check in. Moreover, rooms were not made available at the time of checkin and a standby room was arranged where the beds not have headrest and the walls are dirty and beds were shabby. Bathrooms do not have water ways for draining resulting in the floor being wet all through the day. Though the kitchen is there, there is not a single utensil in place to cook. Restaurant staff were rude to guests by clearing plates while eating without checking if we need them or not.

The room was beautiful and clean. BUT THE SERVICE IS EXTREMELY PATHETIC. Whole staff doesnt care about doing their job. Even getting water was a difficult task. Had to call three times in half an hour till they could gather enough courage to send two water bottles. Everything I ordered (not food) took at least an hour to come up. Basic things couldnt be done properly.

It was nice experience for a 10 nights stay at this hotel. The baby meals including milk was complimentary. Food staff and front desk was very cooperative and courteous.

Good Service. Amazig Breakfast with many varieties. Amazing hospitality and a truly relaxing experience. Courteous staff, and a perfect location to catch Metro.

Hotel in a bad state, no lemon tree standard maintained. Swimming Pool not functional No Valet service, only one staff there to carry luggage Front office staff need training to manage customer experience Room provided did not have the phone or AC function, after complaining the team decided to get our room changed. Cost taken for food lunch and dinner was overrated, there served the sane food in dinner that was prepared for lunch. Am not happy at all and will never consider lemon tree group in future.
