Small room, Ac isn't good, no fan, room service very very bad. breakfast was okay. In this price range the worst experience in a hotel I have ever had.

I was not satisfied with my stay. Stains and torn bed sheets. Dirty shower screen. The toilet was not clean, though sealed. Overall not a clean and hygienic place. The dining area was closed at 8:30 and mini tiffin was served in the room.

No restaraunt attached .. The check in experience was not that good ..Shri Syed at reception was very helpful . The incharge for BF was very considerate and customer friendly ..Bath room shower in operational . room service needs improvement .

Very rude response from the hotel.I have booked a room for 3.adults.They are provided the seperate bed for 3rd person.After argument,they provided only Cart on floor to stay.Feel very bad as I am booking this hotel to stay with family.Very very bad experience and the cost per night is almost inr.

Good Decent Hotel, Centrally located in Adyar , Breakfast is Good, Need to have room Service Option, Bathing Towels needs a change.. old towels are given which looks very dirty... Yes location wise

Very comfortable stay. Room was tidy. Breakfast was tasty. Car parking was also available. Hotel is located on the main road near Thiruvanmayur. Value for money

Bad experience. Sheets/pillows were old. And they let someone party from 1 am - 3 am. Horrible place to stay

The problem with the hotel is the attitude towards maintenance. There is less or no maintenance. I had to change the room twice in 2 days of my stay. The ac did not work, the room has power fluctuations, the wires were hanging, the lift broke down, room was not cleaned ..... Breakfast was tasty, it was got from a different hotel and was not hot enough. However, I should give it a 2 star rating simply because the staff attended to my queries but did not solve the problem.

If there is any raging which gives negative marks will choose it for this particular stay. It’s an eyewash and the worst place to stay. You won’t get water in the morning for basic needs and rooms are dusty, Strictly avoid the place.
