Standard room is ok on the ground floor. When we visited there was some electricity issue. The room is good for a couple and family. Near the baspa river and walking distance from to chitkul road. Food is good. Hot water supply is OK. overall the hotel location is good. Great valley view from the first floor.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere
great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and
staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel.
Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was
clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we
had dinner. Food was good and great value for money
and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was
well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleasec
with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the
future.

Now they have improved a lot in terms of amenities. Well behaved staff. Hotel is situated near to river and meadows. Power backup still awaited.

To be very honest i have no comments for this pathetic property! Nothing to be liked about this accommodation. Rooms are messy with lots of spiders! Strange fact was the rooms that they are showing its not at all the same as its reflects. Rooms were muddy, untidy, unhygienic.Beds are broken! I will Never recommend anyone.

I had booked the hotel after seeing a rating of 5 star. However even rating 1 star is a mercy to the hotel. Very poor build. The only solace was Good Geyser n hot water.. N good Towels. Staff was ok.
Overall only one star
Though can be called 2 star on price...

Excellent and superb hotel. I will suggest everyone to there atleast once. as the the location of the hotel is awsome and if anyone love nature closely then they should stay at Rakcham instead sangla. Owner and staff are very helpful and very careful.
