we took two rooms. first of all geyser was not working on first day. they gave hot water in bucket. next day lock was not workinng of one room. we all slept in a single room and then they refused to give refund of that room
then comes the food. its too costly and too bad to eat. they took 80 rs per parantha and 35 rupees per chai. this 2 star hotel for which i shouldnt give even 2 star rating is charing like a 4 star hotel.

this is not a hotel that is house it is situated in a out of city there are no market that is alone place very bad location. no body stay here

Overall experience at hotel is good.
Staff of hotel was excellent and they are always ready to help customer at any point of time. They also guide us if we ask something to them.
Room were too large and neat n clean.
Only problem is with location of hotel.
Hotel is located somewhere 3-3.5 km far from fatesagar lake and hotel is located at residential area.
Alcohol is permitted in hotel.

No service staff available.
Poor quality Wash room.
Continues bad smell on Wash room.
No Waiter to break fast.
We have to stand with cook and use to serve our family. TV was not working. For every order of Tea , person was went to purchase milk. Curd was available 100 gm for 7 people.
This can't be explain with pictures.
Looks was good but no professional service
