Not clean rooms and washrooms. Found cockroach in a room. They changed the room and I asked for bed-sheet as there wasn’t any. Even the bedsheet had a roach. I checked for a ac room and even that wasn’t clean. There is not a hanger in the room.There was smell in the rooms as well. The manager also doesn’t care much. He said you can cancel the booking as he knows it’s 10:30pm and i am with my toddler.

Decent hotel, but a bit under staffed and needs more linent customer interactions.

The room was booked for /- for 2 nights, however AC was not provided, the Hotel charged 300/- extra for AC. During the entire stay, cleaning of room and changing of sheeta were not done. The bed and matress was conjoined of two separate bed and matress, which caused alot of discomforts, above this, bed's screws were loose and making sound during sleeps. Cleanliness of washroom was average. If we knew this before, we wouldn't book the book.

It was a great experience here! The hotel is about a km away from beach but had the perfect sea view. The staff were helpful and generouns.
