very horrible experience, staff was asking extra money for check in, extra money for extra bed(which was specified in booking), wasn't provided extra bed, towel, soap, shampoo even we asked for 5 to 6 times, have to raise my voice to get basic necessities, their excuse was that they don't have enough staff, then why even open the hotel ?

The hotel staff is very nice and humble and the room is also very nice . Good for stay 👍 You can spend time with your partner without any disturbance.

We early checked in at the hotel and we paid extra money for that as per the rules of the hotel, but the room which was allocated was not properly maintained there was wall dampness everywhere and the worst thing is that there was not power cells in the AC remote they didn't provided us , no water was provided initially we had to ask for it. And the staff behaviour is so rude at the reception desk.

I have no idea where to start for this ***. This is RUN DOWN property. Do not fall for their pictures. Even the suite is piece . No service. No cleanliness. No wifi. And everywhere smell of someone smoking. Not at all worth.

Worst hotel, I had stayed ever! Staff are very rude and hotel cleanliness is very bad. Room service is also not in a proper way.

Very rude staff and manager. As soon as i reached he was behaving very rudely as i just asked for extra bed , then they charged me 700 for extra bed. I asked water that came in 3 hrs. And for extra bed I paid in morning I got in night around 11.30 after asking 4-5 times. Rooms are very small , not able to move only. Lift got stuck twice. No facility at all. Very bad experience. I will never recommend to book this hotel. We asked for room key, manager asked come down and take form 3 Rd floor even lift was not working. Don't book this hotel
