It was really a very pleasant stay at kottram hotel. The rooms are clean. staff very polite and food excellent. plenty of parking space although the approach road little congested.

Pros: Good food
Clean except bath towel
Cons: Really poor customer service
Bathroom Door handle cut my finger and had to go get TT injection.
Below average hotel with a high price. Not recommended at all.

Rooms were below par. A/C was not at all cooling even after complaining in both our rooms. the staff didnot allow me to use the lift and demanded me to use the stair.

Good stay. since it is very difficult to find a good hotel near ottapalam, kottaram hotel is a perfect choice. Good service from staff. Tasty food. Clean all around
