Room is good. Cleanliness is ok. They are demanding extra money for extra bed again which is already paid through booking. They are allowing customers for 24 hours from the time of check-in for offline But not allowing the same for booking. Cost is more for that area.

We had a 2 night stay at this hotel, rooms are well maintained. But the problem is it allows guests to smoke in their rooms. For both days of our stay the corridor was filled with cigarette smoke and the idiotic guests who were smoking kept their doors open with alarm continuously beeping. It becomes totally annoying.Despite telling reception, they were not able to stop the smokers.Also the same guests were shouting the whole night.Otherwise dinner is good, breakfast is ok can be better.
