hotel was ok, i have shifted the hotel based on the review but it didn't live up to the expectations, staff was ok and breakfast spread was very thin and not tasty

we reached late at night and the bathroom cleanliness was average only. there is no hangers provided in the cupboard and when we asked, it can be provided only in the morning. rest of the facilities are good

Stay was okay, there was water shortage, sometimes we don't get water in toilet, we have to call reception and set it right, the ambience in dining area could be improved, they don't switch on the ac until you request them (while having your complimentary breakfast)

Room was not clean. bedsheets, cotton in bathrooms are used by someone. Bathroom flush, Door lock, Refrigerator are not working properly.

Behavior of staff was excellent but were restricted I felt. Stay was okay except for Absence of desired tv channels which was a setback. Better to be early for breakfast.
